1 month guarantee + 12 months service warranty

Every second hand & refurbished laptop sold by Perfect Computer is covered by a two-stage warranty. Both stages start from the date of delivery shown on your invoice.
Stage 1 — 1-month full guarantee
For the first 30 days from delivery, if the laptop has any functional defect covered by this warranty, we will at our discretion:
- repair the defect at no charge,
- replace the unit with another tested unit of equivalent specs, or
- refund the full amount paid (less any non-refundable shipping).
Stage 2 — 12-month service warranty
From day 31 to month 12, we offer a service warranty at our Mumbai workshop:
- Free diagnosis and labour for any covered functional issue.
- Discounted parts (cost price + handling) — battery, keyboard, screen, motherboard repairs, etc.
- Round-trip courier at customer's cost during this period.
What's covered
- Hardware faults: motherboard, RAM, storage, screen, hinges, ports.
- Battery health below the rated level mentioned on the listing.
- Keyboard, trackpad, speakers, webcam, microphone.
- Power adapter (replacement only, within 30 days).
What's not covered
- Physical damage — drops, dents, cracked screens or chassis after delivery.
- Liquid damage — any sign of moisture ingress voids warranty immediately.
- Unauthorised repair — opening the chassis or replacing parts outside our workshop voids warranty.
- Software issues caused by user installation (malware, OS corruption, driver conflicts on third-party hardware).
- Cosmetic wear that occurred after delivery.
- Pre-disclosed cosmetic blemishes or rated battery health stated in the listing's condition notes.
How to claim
- WhatsApp us at +91 81691 74397 with your order number, a description of the issue, and 2–3 photos or a short video.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a diagnosis path and courier instructions.
- For defects covered under Stage 1, we cover round-trip shipping. For Stage 2, you cover round-trip shipping; we cover labour.
- Turnaround: 5–10 working days from receipt at our workshop, subject to part availability.
Other terms
- Warranty is non-transferable. It is valid only for the original buyer named on the invoice.
- Loss of data is not covered. We strongly recommend you back up before sending a unit in for service.
- For B2B orders with GSTIN on the invoice, the same warranty applies.
