Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners. If your pincode is non-serviceable, our checkout will flag the issue before payment, or we'll WhatsApp you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Dispatch timeline
- Razorpay-paid orders: dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery:we'll call you within 1 business day to verify the order. Once verified, dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed Sat after 4 PM, Sun, or public holidays ship next working day.
Delivery timeline
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- Mumbai & Maharashtra: 1–3 business days
- Metros (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote / North-East / Hill stations: 5–10 business days
These are estimates from the courier; actual delivery may vary based on local conditions, weather, or holidays.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with the AWB (tracking number) and a tracking link the moment we hand the parcel over to the courier. You can also WhatsApp us your order number and we'll share the latest status.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on every order, pan-India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay (GST inclusive).
Packaging
Every laptop ships in a corrugated double-walled box with foam inserts and bubble wrap. Original chargers, cables, and any included accessories are bagged separately inside the box.
Receiving your order
- Inspect the outer packaging for damage before accepting the parcel from the courier.
- If the box is visibly crushed, torn, or wet, refuse delivery or mark it "damaged on arrival" on the courier's POD and notify us within 24 hours.
- For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready. The courier may not carry change.
- A government photo ID matching the shipping address may be requested for higher-value COD parcels.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails (recipient unavailable, wrong address, COD not paid), the courier will reattempt 1–2 times. After that, the parcel is returned to us. We'll WhatsApp you to arrange a re-dispatch (you cover the additional shipping) or refund.
Lost or damaged in transit
Every parcel is insured. If a unit is lost in transit or arrives damaged (with our packaging integrity compromised), notify us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt and we'll initiate a courier claim. You'll receive a replacement unit or a full refund as soon as the claim is acknowledged.
